These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AskVoro (the "Service"), an embeddable AI support chat product. By creating an account, embedding the widget, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service, not using it to send spam or unlawful content, and not using it to build a competing product. You are responsible for the content your workspace publishes and for the answers your AI assistant returns to your customers.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide — articles, FAQs, forms, and conversation data ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

5. AI-generated responses

The Service uses large language models to generate responses. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI behavior, for the knowledge base you supply, and for configuring human hand-off where appropriate. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; the new price applies at your next renewal.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
