We use information to provide and improve the Service, to generate AI responses grounded in your knowledge base, to route conversations to human agents, to handle billing, and to keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing

Conversation content and your knowledge base are sent to third-party model providers to generate responses. We treat the knowledge base as reference content, not as instructions that override safety rules. Providers process this data under their own terms and applicable data-protection agreements.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, model, and payment providers), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. Conversation data is retained according to your workspace settings. You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational limits.
